Andrew Cohen began his career as the COO and head of acquisitions and development at Seck Group, overseeing the development of condominiums and restaurants in downtown Los Angeles. Later, as the COO and head of licensing at Transcash, he collaborated with institutions worldwide.

With over 15 years of experience in both the commercial and residential development and design sectors, Andrew has spearheaded the creation of high-rise luxury condominiums, retail spaces, and architecturally significant single-family residences in prestigious locations.

Notable projects include private homes in the Hollywood Hills, Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, and Joshua Tree, as well as luxury condominiums and penthouses on Park Avenue in New York, Boston, and downtown Los Angeles.
